Terms & Conditions
Please note all delivery times quoted below commence from when your payment has been received.
The shipping times below are realistic targets that we usually achieve.
Delivery times - New Zealand
We send orders via Aramex Couriers tracked courier service. Our target is to dispatch your order the same day
from our Auckland warehouse. Expect delivery within 1-3 working days from the time you place your order.
Delivery times - Outside New Zealand
We send orders international via standard postal services to keep your costs down outside New Zealand.
While all due care is taken, we accept no responsibility for items not reaching their destination.
Expect 3-10 working days from the time you place your order.
Delivery Costs
We have a shipping calculator built into our shopping cart.
New Zealand delivery FREE.
International delivery costs vary depending on delivery County.
Please note - make sure that you provide a shipping address that is attended.
If a courier is used and cannot deliver, and needs to bring the ordered item back
to their depot, you may be charged for the re-delivery.
Refunds:
We wish to make sure that you are completely satisfied with the products that you have ordered.
If you have any concerns please contact us immediately so that we can rectify any problems that you may have.
You can return most items sold by SpotX Publications within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
We'll also pay the return postage cost if the return is a result of our error.
Items to be returned must be returned in their original condition.
Damaged or incorrect goods:
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please advise us immediately
so that we can rectify the problem. Please advise the number of items you are
returning and the reason for the return, and if you require a replacement or a refund.
Incorrect item or missing an item:
Please notify us within seven day of receiving incorrect items or items missing within the order.
SpotX Publications will pay the postage for the incorrect item to be returned and will
send the correct item free of any postage chargers.
Items not received:
To receive a refund or to have an item resent because you have not received your order
you must notify SpotX Publications within 60days of placing an order.
Privacy:
We will not pass on, or sell any of the information you provide us to any third party.
From time to time we may send you product information (including special offers) in the mail or by email.
If at any time in the future you wish to remove your name from our customer list you need only to ask.
Security:
For your security we use Paystation to provide our credit card merchant services.
We do not hold any of your credit card details on our servers. All credit card financial processing is handled by Paystation.
For transmitting sensitive information, we use the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol so Credit Card Details are not exposed to us.
